KalamazooX was Awesome!

11 talks in a single track format makes for a VERY tiring day, but the kind of tired that makes you feel really good about yourself.  There were sessions on how to improve yourself, your team, your company, and your life.  Not just a series of eyes front presentations that show code, but thought provoking discussions on soft skills, methodologies, and other non-coding skills.

This conference and others with the same goal of improving your trade through soft skills and (intra-)personal practices are a great addition to the Code Camps and Tech Fests that expose a lot of code and engineering practices.

To find out what you missed or to get information for next year’s event go to www.kalamzooX.org and check it out for yourself!

Happy Coding!
