Wow.  So this is long overdue.  I was completely swamped when I returned to Cincinnati, and COMPLETELY FORGOT to post the sample code.  EPIC FAIL.

So, here is the much belated post with the code.

Thanks again to the great folks from Tennessee who let me come in and speak for them.  I met GREAT people, we had fantastic discussions, and it was a great time for me.

All of the binaries are included in the zip, including NHibernate and Gallio/MbUnit.  There is also a sql script that needs to be run to create the database.  It is built against SQL 2008, the code works against SQL 2005 also.
